At Automatic Climate, we understand that HVAC issues can arise at any time. Our dedicated team is available to provide expert service after hours, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind. Whether it’s a residential or commercial need, our NATE Certified Technicians are ready to assist you promptly.
- The after hours diagnostic is $149 for residential and $224 for commercial. Any necessary repairs will be performed at regular rates, we do not charge overtime for these services.
- Scheduling the after hours service is based on availability. We do guarantee our Service Agreement and warranty customers service within 24 hours of the service request.
- Customer Service will respond to after hours messages and web forms from 8:00am until 9:30pm 365 days a year. Messages left after 9:30pm will be responded to at 8:00am.
If you require our assistance after hours, just call (804) 276-5127 and follow the telephone instructions. The message you leave will automatically page our on-call NATE Certified Service Technician who will respond to your emergency needs.
