HVAC system repair and filter change

Checked out 3 different HVAC systems and replaced 4 filters. Man came on time and did what he was suppose to do. When he checked systems he explained that 2 furnaces needed a special filter that would each cost $50.00. The other 2 filters were included in the initial charge and were again replaced this week. Man was professional, polite and wore booties when entering home to control dirt.
