Sean was prompt, arriving to my home at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. He was concerned about tracking dirt into my home and waited for my approval before proceeding up the stairs. As he went about checking the problem areas of my system, he was very thorough, explaining his findings to me as he went along. I had a lot of questions. Sean took time to answer my questions, explaining every answer in detail. If I didn’t understand something he said, he would explain it again, until the answer was clear. His manner was very sincere throughout his visit. Once he had diagnosed the problem, Sean explained a couple of options to me as to how it could be addressed, giving me the chance to choose what would be best for me. I was left feeling that I had been treated very fairly as a customer and that I would definitely continue to use Automatic Climate!
