I have a Home Warranty and they assigned the hot water problem servicing to the Automatic Climate Inc.  I am very grateful and feel very fortunate that they did assign it to them.  The service was unbelievable and the professionalism was exceptional.

The technician, John, went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going to be done to correct my leaking hot water heater. He answered all of my questions cheerfully and directly.  He informed me of my out-of-pocket costs, $265, so I would be prepared when the hot water heater was replaced.  John was at my house at the time scheduled, and when he had a slight time delay I received a phone call.

I have dealt with other service companies in the past with much dissatisfaction.  I can honestly say that I highly recommend Automatic Climate Inc if you every need heating and air conditioning service.  I know if I need help again I would contact them.
