The Maintenance agreement allows me to feel comfortable in the fact that a professional will be checking out my system on a regular basis.
This check up was performed by John Ottoson, he was all of the qualities I listed above. A leak was discovered and John took the time to explain to both myself and my husband, by phone the issue and our options, he also called and checked if we were still under warranty, so the price of the part needed would cost us less . He was great!
