Fixed short HVAC System switch
Woke up to no heat. The thermostat was blank and appeared to not be working. Called Automatic Climate and they advised about a special they were running for a new thermostat. They requested that I pay for that on Angie’s list and they would come out and install. I paid and they called me about 10 minutes later and scheduled to come out later that afternoon. Arrived on time and the technician quickly determined that the problem was a short and not a bad thermostat. They advised that I did NOT need a new thermostat and the repairs would be less costly. They fixed the problem and said they would have Angie’s list refund the money I paid. I received a call later that day to advise that they could not get a refund for me and I had to contact Angie’s list. Got my refund and everything is working correctly.
