Automatic Climate’s performance was just stellar–in both identifying the (gas/HVAC AC heating and air conditioning, humidifier/dehumidifier) systems needed and during the actual installation process. I was convinced that this company would do whatever it would take to correct post-installation problems and implement even better ideas of their customer and their own technicians. I was right. I have not worked with such a professional, communicative and competent firm in the last 30 years and I have worked with many contractors. (Yes, they make multiple checklists to which the customer provides feedback during and after their installations.) If you prefer to pay less at another company (which may not be necessary) , you will almost certainly receive less value for your money because it will be extremely difficult to match, must less exceed, the professionalism of Automatic Climate in Richmond.
